Before delivery of your order:
In order for the delivery of your new large domestic to go as smoothly as possible, it is important that you take the following precautions:
- Check if the appliance can be moved through the corridors, stairs, elevators and corners of your home;
- Remove objects such as rugs and furniture that may make it impossible to handle your product during delivery;
- Check that there is enough space for the device in the place where you want to place it.
- Make sure there is adequate parking space for your delivery;
- Make sure your pets are safe during delivery.
Decline your request in any of these cases:
- Box has some marks made by pressure or blow;
- Noises from loose or broken parts;
- Opened or breached box.
Send us a message in your customer area, whenever you refuse a reception for security reasons.
Collection of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE):
We make available to the Customer the service of collecting used equipment by a carrier or through an employee, in the purchase of another equivalent. This collection request is only possible when purchasing Large Domestics by TTM Deliveries carrier. Deliveries.
To request this service, it is mandatory to mention by email or by telephone (when scheduling the delivery date) the scrap collection. All equipment must be able to be transported, dry and without any content.
