Warranties

From the date of delivery, all products available on www.krybuy.comom have the legal guarantee in accordance with Decree-Law No. /2021, of 18 October, without prejudice to the specific and established legal or regulatory provisions.

It should be noted that the guarantees do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, connection to the electrical network different from that indicated in the user manuals, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when necessary and materials subject to wear due to a normal use.

In the case of computer items, the guarantee will not cover the elimination of viruses, restoration of programs for this reason or the reinstallation of the disk caused by the deletion of data from the same.

In cases that justify the use of the guarantee, repair, replacement of the article, discount or return will be chosen, under the legally established terms.
