The website www.krybuy.com, headquartered at Rua Afonso do Paço - 56, 4590-531, Paços de Ferreira is owned by the company Buyday Online Sales lda, registered as a wholesaler in household appliances and with VAT number 504170996.
This document regulates the processing of an online order made by a customer, which requires the following procedures:
1 – Procedure and Supply
1.1. We advise confirmation by our services of the respective stock, via phone / email.
1.2. In case of total unavailability of the product and/or out of stock, you will be informed of the new delivery deadline or partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the amount paid.
1.2.1. Whenever a delay in the delivery of the product is expected, the customer is informed of this and can choose to keep his order or be fully refunded.
1.3. The prices of the products shown do not include installation, technical intervention or any training/demonstration of operation.
2 – Deliveries and Shipping Costs (postage)
2.1. When placing orders at www.krybuy.com, shipping costs (postage) are calculated only for deliveries in mainland Portugal.
2.2. We make shipments abroad and to the islands in Portuguese territory, however, shipping costs are calculated after filling in the Postal Code of the intended delivery address.
2.3. Deliveries of ordered products are made only at the door of the building / building (ground floor without steps / ramps).
2.4. In products where the "TTM" carrier is available and selected by the customer, it includes delivery on the floor with unpacking of the equipment in the presence of the customer and eventual return of the equivalent equipment in type and number (when requested at the time of purchase).
2.5. The personalized delivery service is budgeted, and it is necessary to analyze each order / number of pieces, dimensions and delivery conditions - to be requested at the time of ordering.
3 – Cancellations
3.1. The customer may cancel his order at any time until its delivery, with the right to a refund of the amount paid. The customer also has a period of 14 days to proceed with its return, from the receipt of the order, under the terms of the right of free resolution, provided for in Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, with the right to reimbursement of all amounts paid.
In the event of termination of the contract, all payments made, including delivery costs, will be refunded to the customer.
3.2. In case of unavailability of the product and/or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid.
3.3. Despite Krybuy's best efforts, some products may contain incorrect prices or features. We will check prices whenever we process orders. If the advertised product price is not correct, Krybuy will immediately contact the customer informing the new corrected price, awaiting confirmation or cancellation of the order.
3.4. Pursuant to the provisions of Law 7/2004 of January 7, relating to electronic commerce, Krybuy reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, computer malfunction or if the contractual proposal arrives. deformed to its destination and that the error affects an essential point of the contract.
4 – Returns
4.1. The Customer may return his purchases within 14 days, counting from the date of delivery or collection in store of the product.
4.2. Any item can be returned within the aforementioned deadlines as long as: it is in the same condition in which it was sold; does not show signs of use that exceed the normal handling that is usually allowed in a commercial establishment; has the original packaging and is accompanied by all the accessories that make it up.
4.3. It is possible to return or exchange in our facilities.
4.4. The refund is made by the same means of payment in the case of Credit Card. In the case of payment by ATM or Transfer. Banking, we ask you to provide us with the IBAN so that we can make the return faster.
5 – Consumer Goods Warranty and After-Sales Assistance
From the date of delivery, all products available on www.Krybuy.com have the legal guarantee in accordance with Decree-Law n.º 67/2003, of 8 April, with the changes introduced by DL n. /2021, of 18 October, without prejudice to the specific and established legal or regulatory provisions
The guarantees do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, misuse or improper handling, connection to the electrical network different from that indicated in the user manuals, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when necessary and materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.
In the case of computer items, the guarantee will not cover the elimination of viruses, restoration of programs for this reason or the reinstallation of the disk caused by the deletion of data from the same.
In cases that justify the use of the guarantee, repair, replacement of the article, discount or return will be chosen, under the legally established terms.
6 – Collection of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
We make available to the Customer the service of collecting equipment by carrier or through an employee, in the purchase of another equivalent.
For logistical reasons, the collection request is only possible via carrier by the operator TTM Deliveries.
To request this service, it is ESSENTIALLY a scrap collection note on our website (in the notes) and only when the carrier selected is TTM.
Collection notes:
- The collection is carried out on the ground floor, and the Customer must ensure its mobilization.
- All equipment must be able to be transported, dry and without any content.
7 – Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The data collected on this site are necessary for the conclusion and execution of the purchase and sale contract, they are intended for the processing of orders and communication with Customers, the processing of requests for information and eventual complaints, the statistical analysis and evaluation of satisfaction, and may be communicated to third parties contracted by Krybuy to ensure the services inherent to said purposes. The provision of the information requested within the scope of the Customer's registration is mandatory.
Krybuy guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its Customers and ensures its conservation for a period of 10 years from the last contact with the Customer. Notwithstanding, Krybuy proceeds to the collection and processing of data in a safe way and that prevents its loss or manipulation, using the most perfected techniques for this purpose.
If the Customer gives his express consent at the time of creating or changing his registration, Krybuy may send information about products and services that may be of interest to him using his personal data for the purposes of direct marketing through any communication channel. , namely through the use of electronic mail, SMS or other forms of calling. Krybuy will not sell or share its customer database with third parties.
The Customer is recognized, provided that duly identified, the right of access to personal data concerning him, as well as its rectification or erasure, and the limitation of the treatment, or the right to oppose the treatment, as well as the right to data portability. The Customer has the right to withdraw consent at any time with regard to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing actions. You can exercise your rights through the following means:

For any dispute, the court of Lisbon is chosen, with express waiver of any other.
