What is the return period for purchases on krybuy.com?

You can return your purchases within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection of the product from the warehouse.

How is the refund made?

The refund is made by the same means of payment in the case of Credit Card. In the case of payment by ATM or Transfer. Banking, we ask you to provide us with the IBAN so that we can make the return faster. In the case of a return, the refund will be made after validation of compliance with the return conditions described below.

Can any item be returned?

Any item can be returned within the aforementioned deadlines provided that:

- Be in the same condition in which it was sold;

- Show no signs of use;

- Have the original packaging and be accompanied by all the accessories that make it up;

Returns are not accepted for:

- Products with activation in the box (Software; Download Cards; Experience Vouchers);

How to return an item purchased on krybuy.com?

Any item purchased on krybuy.com can be returned to our warehouse at Rua Afonso do Paço - 56, 4590-531, Paços de Ferreira, Portugal

If you prefer, we will collect your return at an address of your choice. The product must be delivered to the courier in the original packaging.

You must request a return on return history in your customer account in order history and details > click on select the product, order, quantity and send the reason for the return. Finally, just confirm.

When ordering delivery, the status "Waiting for products" must print the Return form to send along with the article.
